Are you a remote recruitment agency?
Yes. We are a remote-first recruitment agency. Our recruiters work online with employers and candidates across India, so we can hire for any city, and for remote roles, without you needing to visit an office.

What is your recruitment process?
Our recruitment process involves 6 steps: Understanding your requirements, Sourcing candidates from our database and networks, Screening and shortlisting, Technical assessment, Interview coordination, and Offer management with onboarding support.
How quickly can you fill positions?
For IT roles, our average turnaround is 12-15 days. For non-IT and bulk hiring, we can deliver within 7-10 business days. For executive search roles, expect 3-4 weeks for comprehensive market mapping and shortlisting.
What industries do you serve?
We serve IT & Technology, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance), Healthcare, Manufacturing, E-commerce, Automotive, Telecom, and Retail industries across India.
Do you offer candidate replacement guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 90-day free replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within 90 days, we provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost.
How do you charge for recruitment services?
We charge between 8.33% to 15% of the hired candidate's annual CTC for permanent placements. For bulk hiring (50+ positions), we offer discounted per-hire pricing starting at Rs. 5,000. RPO and retained search models are also available.
